What To Do Next...
Your requested date and time are currently held for you, but please note that slots are secured on a strictly first-come, first-served basis. To finalize your booking and ensure your slot isn't taken by another client, please complete the following steps as soon as you can. Unconfirmed requests will be automatically released to the next person in line.
STEP 1: Review this Terms & Conditions
Reservation of slots is a first come first serve basis.
Slots will only be reserved once down payment has been made and acknowledged by the studio.
For rebooking of slots, clients must notify the studio at least 24 hours before the date of shoot.
STEP 2: SETTLE YOUR DOWN PAYMENT
As per our policy, a down payment is required to secure the studio and staff for your session.
Please note: The Factory Studios Bank details will be sent with the automated booking email.
If payment is not received, your requested date will be automatically voided to allow other clients to book.
STEP 3: SEND US YOUR PROOF OF PAYMENT
Once paid, please send a photo or screenshot of your Proof of Payment directly to our Facebook Messenger. This allows our team to officially confirm your session in our calendar. [MESSAGE US ON FACEBOOK]
